Todd Morgan

Dr. Morgan graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1996. Upon graduation, he immediately began working with his father (Dr. Timothy Morgan (OVC 1972) who founded Morgan Animal Hospital in 1975). It was his father's inspiration and compassion towards animals that lead Dr. Morgan towards a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Morgan also specializes in Endoscopy (minimally invasive surgery using a specialized camera) and routinely performs referral procedures for numerous veterinary clinics in Southern Ontario and Western New York.

Along with the Niagara Regional Police Service, he developed an intense Canine First Aid Course and First Aid Reference Guide for the NRPS Canine Unit and other surrounding police services. Dr. Morgan has also organized an annual charity veterinary golf tournament for The Farley Foundation for years.

Dr.Morgan enjoys playing hockey and golf during his spare time, but loves time with his family most of all. Amongst his busy animal household, he and his wife Claire have an energetic son named Ethan and a beautiful daughter Julianne. Dr. Morgan loves helping to coach both of his kids hockey teams.

Juilee Gockhale

I am thrilled to join the amazing team at Morgan Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian. Originally from Mumbai, India I graduated in 2015 from Mumbai veterinary college. I spent a few years in New Zealand pursuing post graduate studies & working with dairy cows. I moved to Canada in 2020 to join my husband. I have a keen interest in emergency medicine. I am looking forward to providing an excellent medical care to all my patients.

Patricia Bailey

Ever since she was a little girl, Dr. Patricia Bailey – who goes by Trish – has been fascinated by animals of every shape and size. She found herself wanting to know everything about them including what made them sick and what could make them happy and healthy again. That passion just never quit and Dr. Bailey knew that she was destined to become a veterinarian.

After graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2002, she practiced in Windsor for two years before moving to the United Kingdom, where she practiced for another two years. Next she returned to Canada and settled in the Niagara area.

Away from work Dr. Bailey likes learning about history and traveling – she was able to explore much of Europe while living and working in the UK – and spending time with her family and her own pets at home. Dr. Bailey lives with her husband Chris and daughter Arwen, their chocolate lab Nyxie and four cats. When she has spare time she enjoys playing the guitar, camping, gardening and trying out new recipes.

Harmandeep Gill

Dr. Gill graduated from GADVASU, India in 2013 and then came to Canada to further his studies. He received his DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) in 2018.

Before joining the Morgan Animal Hospital team, Harman worked as a locum at different clinics in Huron County, Saint Thomas and Cambridge.

At a young age, Harman was introduced to large animals in India (Punjab) and his family had buffaloes at their farm where he was keen to learn more about them and why they became sick. Over time he also gained the love of furry small animals.

Dr. Gill likes internal medicine, surgery and preventative medicine. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family and likes to travel.

Alisha Colafranceschi

Hi, I’m Alisha!

I have been a part of the Morgan Animal Hospital team since October 2022.
I have always had a passion for helping animals. Since I was 16 I’ve been volunteering at different shelters and spent the last 2 years working at the Fort Erie SPCA. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and education in the veterinary field. In my free time I enjoy hiking, travelling and spending time with family which includes my cat Oliver, that we adopted many years ago.

Ashleigh Gennings

Hi I'm Ashleigh.
I graduated from the Stratford Career Institute in June 2022 and volunteered at the Seaway Mall Cat Center for a few months.
I previously worked for an ice cream shop for about 7 years and decided to change my career.
When I was in high school I always wanted to work with animals, but never jumped to it. Now, I have the opportunity to follow my dreams!

I love to sit by the lake listening to the water crashing on the rocks. I also love to go on hikes in the woods with my husband and my daughter and of course our dog Luna.

Leila Samieeroudy

Veterinary assistant
I’m excited to work with the professional team of Morgan Animal Hospital. Ever since I was a teenager I found that I was interested in the veterinary field, so I went to veterinary school back home and graduated in August 2023 from the University of Tehran, Iran. I recently moved to Canada and want to get my veterinary license over here. I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to learn as a new graduate vet from skilled doctors of Morgan Animal Hospital while I work as an assistant here.

Laura Froud

Laura has been a Veterinary Technician since she graduated from St. Clair College.

Laura has worked at Morgan Animal Hospital for 21 years now and enjoys all aspects of her job especially animal nursing and surgery.

Laura and her husband John have two teenage sons named Ian and Gregory. She has an adorable little Shih Tzu named Kirby. Laura likes to go hiking and camping on her spare time with her family.

Sarah Leeson

Hi, I'm Sarah!

I have been a part of the Morgan Animal Hospital team since June 2019. I was a co-op student here in 2015, and this is where I figured out that helping animals was what I wanted to do.

After finishing high school, I went on to become a Veterinary Technician and graduated from the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus in May 2019.

I love to spend my extra time outdoors enjoying nature and going for hikes. I am excited to be part of this amazing team and look forward to helping our furry friends!

Alyssa Healey

Hi I’m Alyssa!

I joined the Morgan Animal Hospital team in August of 2023, just a few months after graduating from Seneca College’s veterinary technician program. I have always had a love for animals and started my work with them as a teenager on a farm with alpacas, llamas, rabbits, and various other farm animals. As soon as I graduated high school, I started furthering my education at Seneca. Now I am a registered technician, excited to start my career with animals!

Outside of work I love hiking, motorcycle riding, and demolition derbies. Of course I enjoy spending most of my time with my family and all of our pets!

Brenda McConvey

Brenda has been part of the Morgan Animal Hospital team since 2003.

Brenda lives in Niagara Falls with her husband Shane, her 2 children, and of course her lovable Golden Retriever Beau

Tabytha Hogue

After spending 20 years in the human medicine field, it was time for a change. I have always had a love of animals and so I started my new venture in the veterinary industry in 2017 running a 24 hour emergency animal hospital. Helping sick and injured pets feel better brought me immense satisfaction and I knew I was on the right path! In January 2023 I joined Morgan Animal Hospital as Hospital Manager. My journey over the last 25 years has given me priceless experience in business management and patient care that I can now utilize in maintaining and strengthening the excellent customer service, patient care and standards the clients at Morgan Animal Hospital have become accustomed to! The patient care this hospital gives to our furry family members is outstanding and I am thrilled to be part of such an amazing team!
When I am not at work, I spend my time with my family and my own fur babies Zeus and Xena! I enjoy spending time outdoors in the summer and movie nights by the fireplace in the winter.
I look forward to meeting each one of you and your beloved pets very soon.

Melissa Lendrum

Melissa grew up in Espanola and worked at Espanola Animal Hospital for many years before moving down to Niagara. She brings a wealth of experience with large and small animals and is passionate to make our clients pets as comfortable as possible during their visit.

In her spare time, Melisssa enjoys gardening, cooking and swimming. However, she loves the time spent with her daugther Kaitlyn and family and friends most of all. with her Labrador Retriever Hailey, Lab x Husky Finn and her Shihtzu x Poodle Chloe. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dogs, attending hockey games and collecting comic books.

Emily Caron

Hi I’m Emily!

I have been part of the Morgan Animal Hospital team since June 2020. After finishing high school, I continued my studies at Georgian College in Orillia, where I received my Veterinary Assistant diploma.

Outside of the hospital, my hobbies include going out for hikes with my dog Rex, reading books and spending quality time with my family.

I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a friendly and welcoming team. I am super eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of Veterinary Assistant!
